Yoga Pure was created by Holly for modern day soul explorers.
After not finding the answers in the scientific world (one astrophysics degree later!) Holly turned to traveling and eventually discovered that Yoga and Meditation answered many of the soul searching questions that leave us feeling unfullfilled. Many countries, ashrams and cold showers later, and life was beginning to make sense. Everyone needs something to believe in, and eastern philosophies and yogic teachings filled that void.
Like many westerners though, one nagging feeling just couldn't be reconciled ... how do we juggle spirituality and materialism, or more importantly:- why can't I wear make-up in lotus?
Holly decided to set her own rules. She happily accepted that its okay to have a deep soul-spiritual connection and enjoy 21st Century luxuries, run a successful business and wear pink lipstick.
As soon as this realization dawned, Yoga Pure was born.
